1. We require a deposit to reserve the dates and spaces for a trip.

2. Reservations made more than 60 days before the trip start date may be cancelled for a full refund during the 7 days following the payment of the deposit.

3. Though unlikely, we may cancel a trip due to staffing unavailability, insufficient reservations, extreme weather or unforeseen conditions. In this case, all guests are always entitled to a full refund of any payment made toward the trip. We will not reimburse other expenses incurred such as airfare.

4. If a guest must cancel or delay their trip for any reason 60 days or more in advance of the start of the trip, they may credit 100% of all payments made toward any other trip in the next 18 months from the date of their cancellation by emailing us at info@chilekayakadventures.cl.

5. If a guest must cancel or delay their trip for any reason 30 to 59 days in advance of the start of the trip, they may credit 75% of all payments made toward any other trip in the next 18 months from the date of their cancellation by emailing us at info@chilekayakadventures.cl.

6. We cannot credit or refund trips that are cancelled by the guest less than 30 days before the trip start date.

7. The full balance of the trip is due 15 days before the start of the trip.
